Shuffling back to the light

I have spent a very long and uncomfortable week in bed, in the company of an especially vicious flu virus. It will be a bit before I regain enough strength to get going here again, but I am on the mend.

It slowed you down, so you slowed down.

The mending is bound to be beautiful in your next works.

I am so sorry you got sick, MB -- and flu is a misery.

Thanks for sharing this image, so full of what Gretel Ehrlich rightly called "the solace of open spaces."

Wishing you peaceful dreams and ache-free, fever-free nights.

It seems a particularly vicious bug this year, in spite of a vaccination! Hope you are over it soon! Thank you for the gorgeous photo to tide us over...

Apologies to those who were rendered "anonymous" by my switch over to the new Blogger!

Many thanks for the kind wishes and thoughts. I accept all good energy, rhyming couplets, and virtual chicken soup that come my way. Each day is a little better... and every day I feel terribly impatient. ;-)
