Gratitude

I've much to be grateful for this holiday. A roof, food, health, warmth, love, words, song. Life.

What are you grateful for these days?

I'm going to temporarily abandon my accustomed roof to spend the next couple nights in a tent. I'll see you next week.

Polona, thanks!

Michelle, I like your list.

Floots, like cheddar, maybe? ;-) Thanks!

Pat, I'll try to stick to the pumpkin pies.

Corey, I just hope I stay warm enough to enjoy the night sky.

Zhoen, thanks.

rdl, thanks, you too! The Thanksgiving part, at least.

Lori, thank you. It's mutual! This week, I'm more likely to see nothing but clouds, but I can always hope to see stars.

Have a wonderful camping trip, mb. I think that's a fantastic, earthy way to celebrate Thanksgiving. I am thankful to be living on such a beautiful planet, with all its little wild things, and poets, writers, thinkers, dreamers, family, and friends.

Enjoy your tent. Maybe a poem or two will pop into your head under the stars.

I love that beautiful azure window to -- whatever we hope is there...and such a mysterious inviting shape! Lovely!
Enjoy your adventure and return refreshed! (at least in spirit)

I hope you are enjoying your tent. And if anything comes out of those beautiful clouds, I also hope you are enjoying the immense gratitude that comes from having a tent that doesn't leak. :)

I get absolutely overwhelmed by gratitude ... so very much to be thankful for ... including your photos and poems. I hope you stayed warm and had good weather ... it always rains when I go camping (seriously - always!).

Marja-Leena, the skies have been incredibly beautiful recently. Hardy, or foolish, I'm not sure which, but fun-loving at the least!

Sky, thanks so much. I had a great T-day. Hope you did, too! I responded in your comments.

Jean, merci. Je n'etais pas certaine des lignes electriques, mais peut-etre elles doivent etre la.

Charlie, me too, me too, me too! And, you too!

Robin Andrea, your last sentence is perfect. Thanks.

Don, thanks so much. If I'm lucky, one or two will.

Bitterroot, and to you and yours under your Montana/Wisconsin skies!

David, thank you. And to you also.

Mermaid, I am grateful for the ways in which you have shared.

Leslee, I did, thanks. And thanks to you for all of yours!

Sharanya, welcome, and thanks for stopping by and commenting.

Firebird, little blue windows are something to be grateful for!

Sara, I was very grateful for a tent that didn't leak for we did get a little rain in the night.

Becca, there is indeed much to be thankful. Including readers like you! We did stay warm and had mostly good weather — good during the days, anyway, which is when it counts.
