Holding

a heart deepens daily,
when it is held open the way
gold-shot dark clouds

stretch the blue
wide open
and hold, and hold,
til the glorious sun drops

Love the feel of clouds holding the sky waiting on the sun to drop through. Tension and relief. Well done!!

There is so much here to think about...
The more of that gold our heart can hold on to, the more light we have to get us through the night!
Is it enough? All we can do is keep trying...

just came by for my mb fix, and as always happy to have done so. you are quite simply my favourite poetess and the best start to a day. Your beloved is a very lucky soul, to be around someone with such a huge openess to discovering love, fresh and new, every day. Thank you for your beauty.
