Holy Macanaw! Throaty, gustsy, sensual, warbling like a songbird from some lush paradise or dance-filled bar or concert hall or stadium. I love your voice! More! Encore! (Do you have CDs too?)
Most beautiful, MB... most beautiful. Thank you for this fantastic treat today!!
I just came back to play your first song for Roger and found the second. We enjoyed your concert very much. Your voice is so beautiful. Thanks for singing to us this morning!
Too cool!!!! What a beautiful sultry voice you have! How fun to hear you. Maybe someday I'll figure out how to do this too. Really wonderful to hear you and your band! Thanks!
Oh my, we must have MORE of your wonderful music!! (you're right about audioblogger--couldn't possibly do this by phone) So, what do we do? Can we buy more on CD? Do you do concerts? This is no time for modesty, your public awaits you and must be satisfied... I love not only your expressive voice, but the arrangements and harmonies--quite unique! And who writes the songs? So much mystery...
Hi mb, visiting over from Lee's. Came over to check it we have the same birthdate 'cause we had the same Tree LOL, and found more then what I reckoned for. You are very talented, well done for working with you talents...I wish I could sing too! Beautifull.
now tell me - what is it that you did in your last life that allows you to be such a star in this one?! ;)
i want to hear more. do you play the guitar, too?
your voice is so different in each one - i love the sultry sound of the first, and while listening to the 2nd one i was reminded of janis ian. i can't wait to share these with my hubby who is fast asleep. you will sing to him while he has breakfast!
thanks so much for sharing your beautiful voice. :)
Thank you all for your incredibly generous comments. My goodness! Thank you.
Sky, you are right, the reason I posted two is that my voice is very different depending on what I am singing.
Yes, I am part of a band. Yes, it's original music. These two are my songs, and yes there are more. The others also write and sing and we arrange and perform them all. In fact, the band plays nothing but original music. Yes, I play guitar and also some percussion. I sing on all songs, but not always lead. There are lots of 3 and 4-part vocal harmonies in the arrangement — part of our distinctive sound. Yes, we perform, mostly locally. Yes, there are cds. Yes, I will provide more info. Soon.
Wow, great voice. I was going to say "sultry," which it was on the first of these, but you have a great range - 2nd one is very different, more Celtic than bluesy. Very nice. This is so cool! I have several singer and musician friends - great people to hang out with!

Will you ever know...that you've tapped into your goddess energy, more than many of us ever will in this lifetime?

Mermaid, will you ever know how I appreciate the encouragement you give?
Leslee, you nailed it. I spent years singing Celtic music. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
