Brenda, Endment, rdl, thank you. The image came to me because there is a great flock of doves that resides near my house... and somehow the two images, of snowflakes and the doves, conflated in my mind. I also have a tiny clay dove ornament from Mexico I hang on my tree each year, it's my favorite ornament, so small tucked in among the branches you barely see it unless you know it's there... and it factored into this snowy layering of images, too.
There' something about the softness and gentleness of falling snow that ties in so well with the image of a dove. Lovely
